Appalachian State University is hosting Fulbright Week 2020 on February 11th through 13th! This annual event is organized and supported by multiple partners across campus with programming for students, faculty, and staff.
The Office of Nationally Competitive Scholarships is hosting workshops for students to learn more about the Fulbright Student Program and the application process, hear from current Fulbright semi-finalists, and even get started on their writing. Plus, there will be drop-in advising hours and FOOD!

Are you interested in applying for a Fulbright Student Award, but want to learn more about the application process or get started on your writing? Attend this session to learn techniques for creating compelling essays and learn more specific details about the application process. It is highly recommended that you have a general understanding of the Fulbright award and potential ideas of what you might like to do or where you might like to travel, but you don't need to have started writing yet!
