Rangel Fellowship will fund two years of graduate study and provide preferential entry into the Foreign Service?

Patricia brings over 13 years of experience with the Rangel program, which she joined after 20 years of service in Asia, Latin America and Washing as a Foreign Service Officer. She is very excited to be visiting Appalachian State University, as she knows we have outstanding students and she'd love to attract more from App to apply for these fantastic opportunities.
Patricia is also eager to speak with faculty and staff who advise students, including advisors who work with multicultural or first-generation college students, career center staff, faculty in related areas (Pol Sci, Econ, Int'l Affairs, Communications, Business, Global Studies, etc.) Honors Program staff, and any others who may be interested.
